Shortly after the takeover of the estate by the father in 1982, Rainer Eymann switched the business to organic viticulture. This means that the biodynamic winegrower has been one of the regional organic pioneers since 2005. For Eymann, whose son Vincent is now the director in the cellar, this is the requirement for authentic wines.
This is a very limited and special edition of only 587 bottles, produced by the vineyard Eymann. A German rosé at its best.
